The architecture of engineered power
This eight-part documentary series interrogates the residual architecture of power by tracing the “footprint” it leaves behind – epistemic, tactical, and, most critically, those modalities operating beyond the visible apparatus of control designed to safeguard it.
Each episode reconstructs, fragment by fragment, an alternative topology of power distinct from its conventional global representation. It exposes concealed alliances, performative antagonisms, selectively engineered targets, manufactured threat matrices, imminent yet cognitively unregistered risks, and the calibrated instruments of manipulation through which perception is structured.
Part 1. This chapter examines two Israeli initiatives – Project 10/7 and Project 545 – along with their contracted U.S. companies, allocated sums, assigned responsibilities, outcomes, and, above all, the origins of the effort to shape AI perception and influence Generation Z, and by doing so, in extenso, influencing all human perception.
The chapter also raises questions upon the exposure ratio assumed on inserting a false criterion in the “premises” of chat GPT algorithm – considering the immense number of its users, the level of “trust” gained in the eyes of the public, and the presupposed non-interference of human creators/designers/owners in manipulating AI perception prior to communicating with users, in a such subjective and exposed to further polarisation manner.
Furthermore, it is important to address the potential risk of producing further irreparable damages on all sets of comparable data, and by doing that – and corroborated with the “authority” gained since 2022 – manipulate all users’ perception.
THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA | public persona: Bradley Parscale
In January 2025, Brad Parscale (senior adviser for data and digital operations for Trump’s 2020 presidential campaign, digital media director for Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign and campaign manager for Trump’s 2020 presidential campaign) started a new company. Thus, came into being Clock Tower X LLC, (Ohio-based co.), created explicitly for external contracts, registered under the FARA regime.
Today, Brad Parscale is a private provider of transnational political infrastructure, operating on behalf of states or factions, along targeting their specific audiences and/or the American public.
Success came – as you will discover, in just couple of months. He is the person to whom Donald Trump paid one third of his 2017 presidential campaign budget – $90 million to run his online campaign.
Summary of companies controlled / operated in 2025 by Brad Parscale (public footprint in key metrics aside)

Although the online presence of the companies in which Brad Parscale is involved appears relatively solid, I deliberately use the term “relatively,” as for, there is a clear tendency to abort or at least freeze any form of public-facing activity on digital platforms across these entities, in a cascading manner. For example, Campaign Nucleus shows minimal content for the current year. The same pattern applies to Numen.
In 2025, however, a substantial push became visible in the case of EyesOver (the “real-time acceptance or dismissal effects survey” project) and Clock Tower, driven primarily by the contract with Israel.
ISRAEL | public persona: Eran Shayovich | during ….Democrats
In February 2025, Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs through Eran Shayovich, Chief of Staff MFA – began issuing tenders for consulting firms to provide services related to hosting visiting delegations in Israel, under the coordination of the Ministry’s Public Diplomacy Division.

Public tender 10/2025 specifies the purpose of these visits by foreign delegations, whose primary objective is to influence public opinion and Western legislators, while simultaneously ensuring the continuous management of perceptions.
Project Israel 545 points to the existence of an Israeli cognitive warfare operation, intended to be developed on the territory of the United States in cooperation with Clock Tower X.

PROJECT 545
In April 2025, as Sludge reported: SKDKnickerbocker LLC (SKDK) signed a contract with Israel to “flood the zone” with pro-Israel content. The strategy involved a “bot-based program” to promote the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ messaging on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn and more. Social media influencers were also part of the program.

The $600,000 contract also included efforts specifically involving the news media, like on-camera interview coaching for Israeli civil society spokespeople and “arranging tailored outreach” to “secure favourable coverage” at outlets like The Associated Press, BBC, CNN, and Fox.
The contract was supposed to run from April 2025 to March 2026 and was reportedly initially focused on the Bibas family captives. SKDK registered as a foreign agent for Israel on August 29. However, Politico reported that the group cut the contract early, on August 31, and is de-registering.
“SKDK stopped this work on Aug. 31 and has begun the process of de-registering,” an SKDK spokesperson said in a statement, per Politico.

They did not specify the reason why, rather saying that the work “had run its course.” Though it was written in the contract, the spokesperson denied that SKDK had done bot-based work on social media, saying the firm’s “work focused solely on media relations and nothing else.”
A spokesperson for SKDK also told Sludge that the firm ended its work for Israel and clarified that “this work was done by SKDK in an advocacy division of Stagwell” – Stagwell being the firm’s parent company. However, SKDK’s other work for pro-Israel groups is unaffected.

PROJECT 10/7
On February 2025, Semafor reported, that SKDK had, for months, been running communications for the 10/7 Project, a “centralised communications operation” for a coalition of pro-Israel groups like AIPAC and the Anti-Defamation League (ADL).

The work involved “sharing daily memos to journalists pointing out what the group sees as flaws in coverage.”
It also consisted of “keeping tabs” on reporters who did not conform with Israel’s messaging; it specifically singled out The Washington Post’s Louisa Loveluck, for things like “failing at times to note that Gaza’s health ministry is controlled by Hamas” in her reporting.

THE MISLEADING SURVEY

Despite the exposure of its Enron-style accounting, the League continues to pump out the same “research” at regular intervals.
On December 12, 2024, it claimed “anti-Semitism” in the U.S. was now up 337% in the wake of October 7, 2024 “an all-time record.”
It is far from the first time ADL definitions of anti-Semitism have failed to pass muster.
In December 2022, The Grayzone’s Alex Rubinstein revealed that the League did not categorise Ukraine’s openly Neo-Nazi paramilitary Azov Battalion to be the “far right group it once was.”
This, even though Azov’s mission to “lead the white races of the world in a final crusade…against Semite-led Untermenschen,” as articulated by founder Andriy Biletsky, remains unchanged.
Meanwhile, AIPAC- accurately described by U.S. political scientist John Mearsheimer as “a de facto agent for a foreign government, [with] a stranglehold on Congress” – has made clear its significantly intensified mission to rid Washington DC of any elected official possessed of even vaguely anti-war, pro-Palestinian views, by declaring war on lawmakers such as Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar.
When AIPAC moves against, or in favour, of particular politicians, they mean business – and depressingly, the organisation usually wins. Annually, the organisation publishes a report on its “policy and political achievements” that year.
Its 2022 instalment boasts, among other things, of bagging $3.3 billion “for security assistance to Israel, with no added conditions” and having gifted $17.5 million – the most of any U.S. PAC – to “pro-Israel candidates,” 98% of whom won their elections, in the process defeating 13 anti-Israel challengers.
SKDK was co-founded by Biden adviser Anita Dunn, and its executives include Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer’s (D-New York) communications director, Justin Goodman. Its parent company, Stagwell, was founded by Mark Penn, President Bill Clinton’s long-time pollster and close advisor.

In March 2025, former top State Department spokesperson, Vedant Patel, joined the firm as a senior vice president. Patel was frequently criticised during President Joe Biden’s term for running cover for Israel as it starved and massacred Palestinians in Gaza.
That’s one side of the coin. Let’s get back to the other one and the year 2025 with its new commercial deal between Israel and the other Parscale’s company – Clock Tower X LLC.
ISRAEL | during ….Republicans
Going back to Parscale and his newly made corporation, one of the first steps in his 2025 career was to compete SKDK’s USD 600,000 contract with Israel, as he was offering a better solution – one worthing USD 6,000,000. And Israel accepted. It is just one extra zero.

Allow me a brief moment of simple Balkan joy, generated by the state of my neighbour’s goat’s health… Enough. Back to the matter at hand.
SKDK’s activity ended precisely at the moment when Clock Tower’s activity began. Clock Tower drafted a contract dated August 27, two days before SKDK deregistered the activity it had been carrying out for Israel.
Clock Tower conducts this activity on behalf of Havas Media Network, an international media company that works for Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the Israeli Government Advertising Agency. SKDKnickerbocker also held a contract with Havas.

Parscale’s contract was first reported by the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft, a Washington-based think tank that advocates for restraint in foreign policy.

October 2025: During a meeting with pro-Israel influencers held on Friday, October 8 of this year, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu explained that social media represents the most important weapon at Israel’s disposal.
“We’re going to have to use the tools of battle; weapons change over time,” he stated. “You can’t fight today with swords—they don’t work very well anymore… the most important ones are social media.”
Netanyahu went so far as to promote the acquisition of TikTok, in the context of a group of investors attempting to purchase the company. Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison – the single largest private individual donor to the Israel Defense Forces – is expected to play a major role in this transaction.“I hope it comes to fruition; it could have significant consequences,” Netanyahu said.

Excerpt from Netanyahu’s statement in the above video material:
“It is now indisputably evident that Israel has lost the battle for public opinion, primarily because of the continuous coverage on social §media of the atrocities and war crimes committed by Israel in Gaza, alongside the corruption that has paralyzed the United States, which may soon be dragged into a conflict with Iran that serves exclusively Israel’s agenda…”
October 2025: Parscale states on Salem News: “Proud to stand with Israel, proud to defend The West”

The filed documents (public tender 10/2025) show that Parscale explicitly assumes the role of influencing digital conversations, including through content generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence, intended to shape how certain topics appear and are interpreted within conversational AI ecosystems.
This is the first time such a provision has appeared explicitly in a FARA contract.

Therefore, the motivation for the Parscale contract:
- The Gaza war (since October 2023)
- Rise in antisemitism in the United States:
- 9,354 incidents (ADL 2024)
- 58% contain references to Israel/Zionism
- Loss of bipartisan support
- Loss of support among young conservatives
The result? As observed – Starting from 9th of February 2026
Chat GPT was programmed to refuse any “negative” discussions, comments, analysis, interpretations that question actions of state of Israel, or implies any wrongdoing.
World-wide. For all users.
